Our group has been working together to create a music marketing campaign for a new artist. We started by researching how music is marketed across different genres. Team member 1 led this step by gathering information on audience preferences, successful case studies, and tools like Spotify’s marketing platform. This research helped us decide who our target audience is and shaped how we would approach the project. From there, team member 2 focused on building the artist’s brand, using Canva. Meanwhile, team member 3 developed a marketing plan that includes using social media like Instagram and TikTok and planning add like posts to attract audiences. Team member 4 worked on the music video, designing it to match the artist’s image while capturing the audience’s interest with creative shots and strong storytelling. Our team is making sure to complete each part of the project on time so we can review and improve it before the due date.
